Salix Business Partner är en affärsenhet i ett av två affärsområden i Volatikoncernen. Hos oss har vi samlat kunskap och kompetens för att hantera typiska stab- och servicefunktioner åt andra affärsenheter i Salix Group. Det som i andra organisationer ses som stödprocesser är nämligen vår Core Business! Övriga affärsenheter kan därmed helt koncentrera sig på sina respektive kärnverksamheter. Vårt uppdrag utför vi idag på två olika siter i Sverige. Dels i Vetlanda, dels i Malmö där också huvudkontoret är beläget. De funktioner som vi samlat i SBP presenteras kortfattat här nedan.
