Salle d'eau sport

Salle d’eau sport is an aquatic fitness centre in Isles-sur-Suippe, located between Reims and Rethel, with nearby access from Cormontreuil and Tagnon. Led by Jacques Pietrzak, a lifeguard and volunteer firefighter, the centre offers water-based exercise and swimming activities for adults, children and families. Its programme includes aquagym, aquabike and aquabike sessions with added equipment, as well as aquacircuit classes combining activities such as cycling, trampolining, paddle, aquaboxing, aquatic pole dance and jogging.

Sessions use varied programmes, music and exercise equipment, with aquatic resistance supporting full-body workouts while helping limit impact on the joints. For younger participants, baby-swimming sessions welcome children from six months to four years, giving parents and children a playful way to become familiar with the water. Swimming lessons are available for children aged four to eleven, with instruction adapted to age and ability and focused on developing swimming skills and confidence.

Salle d’eau sport publishes seasonal schedules and pricing and accepts enrolments during the year, subject to availability
