Sally Orange

Sally Orange MBE is an endurance runner, adventure athlete, mental health campaigner and experienced speaker whose work brings together extraordinary sporting challenges and open conversations about wellbeing. A former Royal Army Medical Corps Physiotherapy Officer, she served for 22 years, including an operational tour in Afghanistan. Her achievements include multiple Guinness World Records, more than 80 marathons, eight full Ironman triathlons and completing a marathon on every continent dressed as different pieces of fruit. She has also taken on events such as the Race Across America and Marathon des Sables, alongside long-distance cycling, swimming, mountaineering and Arctic skiing.

Drawing on her personal experience of severe depression and chronic anxiety, Sally speaks about mental health and ways to support wellbeing through physical activity, healthy eating and a positive mindset. She delivers tailored talks for businesses, charities, schools and corporate audiences, and is available for media opportunities, partnerships and ambassador roles. Her charitable initiatives include the Great British Boob Run, supporting the Pink Ribbon Foundation and Military vs Cancer.
