I am a coach and leadership development facilitator. Drawing upon my nearly two decades’ worth of experience in the coaching and leadership, my customized coaching programs address your individual needs, challenges, desires, and objectives to help you become the best version of yourself and create the leadership and life you want. As well as being a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) from the prestigious industry-leading, Coaching Training Institute (CTI), I am also a faculty member at CTI, training and supervising the next generation of coaches. I believe everyone has the power to be a leader in life and in order to reach a true state of aliveness we need to learn how to lead ourselves, through the ups and downs. My one-on-one coaching sessions, workshops, retreats, and talks will help get you there. Combining transformational inner work with practical exercises and practices, I help you reveal and shift previously hard to change patterns at their root. I integrate this with action learning to explore new mindsets and behaviours to build new capabilities and ways of being and knowing to create sustainable change and help you to step onto a new journey of aliveness. Through my customized programs, one-on-one coaching sessions, workshops and retreats, I will guide you to uncover the path to reaching your full potential, both professionally and personally. I’ll ask the tough questions that will have you digging deep to reveal hidden parts of yourself and help you befriend your emotions and story while you navigate through them.
