About Saltant
Saltant is a block producer on the XPR Network, where it has been active since 2021 and is listed among the network’s top 21 producers. Describing itself as the first Russian Proton block producer, Saltant provides infrastructure and public services to support network users and applications.
Its services include peer-to-peer endpoint APIs in versions 1 and 2 for both the mainnet and testnet, along with Hyperion and Atomic Assets APIs. Saltant also offers snapshot services and publishes public APIs. The infrastructure described on its site includes a mainnet node equipped with an Intel Core i9-11900K processor, 128 GB of memory and a Samsung 980 Pro NVMe drive, as well as a testnet node with a Xeon Silver 4215R processor, 192 GB of ECC memory and a Samsung SSD.
Saltant states that its servers are physically located in the Russian Federation and that it operates self-owned hardware. It also pledges to direct a portion of its block rewards toward dApp development and to follow community guidelines and arbitration rules.
