Salto offers a range of exceptional beers, including their popular Pale Ale, which is an unfiltered and unpasteurized golden-yellow ale with tropical hop notes and a pleasant balance of flavors. Inspired by the American-style IPA, this beer has a strong hop aroma, but with lower alcohol content and less bitterness compared to traditional IPAs. The Belgrade IPA is another standout offering, known for its rich hop aromas, moderate caramel body, and a harmonious character created through a combination of Amarillo, Cascade, and Centennial hops.
