SaltRock Wellness

SaltRock Wellness is a South Bay studio in El Segundo offering movement and restorative experiences in one welcoming space. Founded by Kevin and Amanda, the brand brings together their backgrounds in movement, coaching, trail running, Pilates, and salt therapy to help clients move, breathe, and reset.

Its offerings include semi-private Reformer Pilates sessions focused on low-impact strength and mobility, plus salt-infused yoga classes ranging from Yoga Sculpt to Yin Yoga. Guests can also experience halotherapy, or dry salt therapy, in the Salt Studio, as well as weekly immersive sound baths with salt-infused air. Private salt room sessions and group experiences provide additional ways to relax and restore.

SaltRock offers memberships for regular visits and session packs for flexible drop-ins, with options that can be used across group sessions. The studio also hosts corporate and private wellness events, including off-site experiences and mobile sound baths. New visitors can try a three-visit Starter Pack. Through its app, clients can browse schedules, reserve sessions, and manage memberships and class packs.
