Saltwater Fine Art presents Saltwater Mythologies, an artistic body of work by Susan J. Roche, rooted in underwater photography and shaped by water, mythology, and the human experience. Roche develops her images into richly layered, hand-worked surfaces using encaustic wax, oils, pastels, and pigment. The resulting works explore water as a space for reflection and transformation, where myth, memory, and the human figure move between the visible and the imagined. The collection includes works such as Goddesses of the Silver Sea, shown in coastal interiors and through close-up details of its surfaces.
