Samaritan Health & Education Support Center is a social enterprise dedicated to uplifting students and their families who rely on garbage collection and recycling as their primary source of income. Located in Koshe, one of Africa's largest dump sites, these marginalized communities face numerous challenges, with access to quality education being a major concern. Our mission is to break the cycle of poverty by providing support to these underserved individuals.

At our center, we focus on nurturing and developing the skills and talents of young individuals. We offer space, resources, and qualified instructors for up-and-coming painters, musicians, craft makers, and artists. Our own art gallery showcases the creative works of our members, while various events provide platforms for them to gain recognition.

Additionally, our Health and Wellness wing creates training manuals and guidelines, incorporating local knowledge and experiences to promote healthy eating and lifestyle choices. We collaborate with the local community on urban garden initiatives and offer practical cooking trainings at our open kitchen.

Through our programs, including education support, health and wellness initiatives, skill developments, and youth empowerment, Samaritan Health & Education Support Center strives to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those facing adversity.
