The Sammons Center acts as a Greenhouse for local arts groups, providing a nurturing space and vital resources for them to flourish. With 16 resident arts organizations and an additional 90 groups using their building for rehearsals, performances, and meetings, the Sammons Center is a vibrant hub of artistic energy. Performing arts groups benefit from shared administrative and technology resources, subsidized rent, professional development opportunities, and proximity to other arts organizations.

In addition to offering a nurturing environment for artists, the Sammons Center provides low-cost office, rehearsal, performance, and meeting space. They also offer services such as copy and fax facilities, a notary service, and a library and information center on fundraising, arts management, marketing, and arts administration.
