Samos Volunteers is an independent group of dedicated volunteers on Samos Island, responding compassionately to the ongoing humanitarian crisis. Our mission is to provide essential services and support to those in need, always prioritizing the greater good.

We believe in doing no harm and carefully evaluating the short-term and long-term effects of our actions. By using donor funds efficiently, we ensure equal access and representation for everyone in the community. We work closely with both the camp and local communities, adapting to their evolving needs through active listening and collaboration.

From informal education and psycho-social support to hygiene services and more, we empower asylum seekers during their stay on the island. Our network of partnerships with other NGOs allows us to delve deeper into advocacy efforts, shedding light on human rights violations and advocating for proper treatment and facilities for asylum seekers. We operate with professionalism and inclusivity, treating everyone with respect and dignity, regardless of their background or beliefs.
