SAMURAI Kampfkunst-Zentrum Kahlgrund is a martial arts and fitness school in Mömbris-Mensengesäß, serving children, young people and adults. Established in 2011 and under new management since 2017, the school offers instruction in traditional East Asian martial arts, modern combat sports and holistic exercise. Its children’s classes include Judo, Taekwon-Do and Sport-Karate, with training focused on movement, coordination, confidence and self-protection.

Adults and younger students can also train in Taekwon-Do, Kickboxing and Kenjukate, a multidisciplinary Budo practice combining self-defence, falling techniques, Judo, Taekwon-Do or Karate, and forms with breaking techniques. Additional classes include women’s self-defence, Functional Training and Pilates. A weekly timetable runs from Monday to Saturday, with Sunday open training available by arrangement.

The school welcomes prospective students to arrange two free, non-binding trial sessions, helping them find a suitable class. Information and enquiries are available in person, by phone or email.
