San Giorgio is a residential care home for older people located in Oliveto Lario, in the province of Lecco. Established in 1998, the residence provides ongoing support and specialist care in a setting designed to combine comfort, safety and social connection. Its multi-building campus covers 4,500 square metres and is surrounded by a fenced park of about 15,000 square metres, with accessible paths and views of the surrounding landscape, including Lake Como.

The care team includes medical, nursing, physiotherapy and social-care professionals, with medical and nursing assistance available around the clock. Services include daily physiotherapy, rehabilitation and recovery support after trauma, as well as individualized care plans for people with acute conditions, dementia or sudden changes in health. Socio-cultural activities encourage social interaction and help keep residents cognitively active. San Giorgio also offers individual dietary menus, an internal laundry, transport services and single rooms, some with lake views. Residents may bring their companion animals, and pet therapy is available.
