SANA Food is an Italian business and professional event focused on conscious, high-quality food and the future of food service. Organized at BolognaFiere, its 2027 edition will take place from 21 to 23 February in Bologna. The event brings together companies, buyers and industry professionals to explore opportunities grounded in sustainability, transparency and innovation, with attention to people and the planet. In collaboration with Slow Wine Fair and Slow Food, SANA Food presents itself as a platform connecting business, culture and shared values.

The exhibition serves several sectors. Risto-retail visitors can meet businesses in the organic and natural food industries; HORECA professionals can discover products, foods and techniques for out-of-home dining; and specialist retailers can explore additions for delicatessens, organic shops, and vegan or free-from stores. SANA Food also features a collective catering forum, a 2027 focus on longevity nutrition, exhibitor and product information, and a program for international buyers. In 2026, the event reported 300 exhibitors, 16,000 professional visitors and 272 international buyers from more than 20 countries.
