West Texas Counseling & Guidance is a non-profit counseling center dedicated to providing exceptional services and resources to the residents of San Angelo and the Concho Valley. Our mission is to help individuals and families reach their full potential in body, mind, and spirit through evidence-based counseling and educational services. As a 501(c)(3) organization, our objective is to ensure that everyone, regardless of their socioeconomic status or ability to pay, has access to mental health treatment.

Our team of highly skilled therapists offers a wide range of services to address various needs. From individual counseling, couples therapy, and family therapy to specialized programs for children, adolescents, and veterans, we tailor our approach to meet the unique needs of each client. We also provide support for individuals struggling with PTSD, addiction, eating disorders, depression, and anxiety.

We are proud to serve clients of all ages and backgrounds, with our services reaching individuals as young as three years old to those as experienced as ninety-three. With outreach centers spread throughout the Concho Valley, including locations in Brady, Del Rio, Mason, Ozona, and Sonora, we strive to make our services accessible to as many individuals as possible.
