San Antonio Quaker Meeting is a vibrant and diverse faith-based community, practicing the Quaker tradition that emerged in England during the religious upheaval of the mid-1600s. Our members and attendees hold a range of theological views and draw inspiration from various traditions. We are committed to upholding Quaker testimonies of pacifism, social equality, integrity, and simplicity, while also embracing stewardship of the planet.

At San Antonio Quaker Meeting, we provide a warm and welcoming space for worship. We primarily engage in unprogrammed meetings, where we seek guidance from the Spirit through periods of silent reflection. Occasionally, we may have programmed worship with music, sermons, and shorter moments of silence.

As a traditional peace church, we are dedicated to the pursuit of peace and non-violence, rejecting outward wars and conflicts.
