Sancorganic

Sancorganic is a Spanish organic pistachio producer with an integrated approach to cultivation and processing. The company manages two estates in Cebreros, Ávila, and Valdetorres de Jarama, Madrid, covering more than 500 hectares and containing over 100,000 planted trees. Its ambition is to expand to 200,000 trees and become a leading organic pistachio grower in Europe.

Sancorganic oversees each stage of production, from soil management, irrigation, pruning, and tree monitoring to harvesting and processing. It uses techniques such as drip irrigation and soil sensors to manage moisture and water use, alongside regenerative practices including cover cropping and controlled grazing. The company’s processing plant in Valdetorres de Jarama handles pistachio reception, destemming, peeling, drying, and packaging in big bags for professional operations. By controlling growing and processing conditions, Sancorganic aims to preserve product quality and maintain high standards as production increases. Its approach emphasizes organic farming, efficient resource use, and careful management intended to create a positive, lasting impact.
