The San Diego Museum Council is a nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing cultural access across the San Diego region. With over 80 diverse attractions, including museums, historic sites, gardens, zoos, and aquariums, the Council promotes art, culture, science, and family-friendly fun. Each October, the Council hosts the "Kids Free San Diego" initiative, allowing children aged 12 and under to enjoy free admission at participating locations when accompanied by a paying adult.
