Sandra Van Scotter is a dedicated advocate running for Congress in California's newly established District 20. With a strong commitment to restoring true representation for the community, Sandra's campaign prioritizes issues that matter most to her constituents. She emphasizes disability rights, veterans' rights, and the need to stabilize essential safety net services, including Medicare for All. Sandra envisions a healthcare system that is accessible and equitable for all eligible individuals, propelled by supporting reforms to the Constitution.

Her platform also focuses on collaborating with state and local officials to tackle pressing water and agriculture concerns in the district. Unlike past representatives, Sandra pledges to engage with the public regularly through town halls and personalized communication, ensuring that constituents’ voices are heard in Washington. As a Direct Support Professional, she has firsthand experience advocating for those without a platform, and she aims to ensure that everyone in District 20 has access to necessary federal resources. Join her campaign to create a more responsive and accountable Congress.
