Sandra Christen is a Swiss alpinist, nursing professional and brand ambassador whose work brings together healthcare, high-altitude adventure and media. Raised in Central Switzerland, she draws inspiration from the mountains she now climbs and from the responsibility her nursing career demands. Her experiences on challenging routes, including the Matterhorn and Ama Dablam in Nepal, have shaped her approach to risk, resilience and personal limits.
Christen’s climbing record includes Khan Tengri in Kyrgyzstan, Alpamayo in Peru, 20 Swiss four-thousanders, the Monte Rosa traverse and ice-climbing routes in Switzerland and the Dolomites. She describes each expedition as more than a pursuit of a summit, emphasizing the value of confronting uncertainty and knowing when to turn back. Alongside her clinical work and mountaineering, she takes on advertising assignments and brand ambassador work, and participates in media projects.
Her website shares information about her background, expeditions and press coverage, and welcomes inquiries about collaborations and media opportunities
