Sandstone Therapy Centre is a community counselling organisation serving Alice Springs and Central Australia. It provides confidential, non-judgmental support through accredited services delivered by local counsellors who understand the region. The centre aims to offer a safe, welcoming space where individuals, families and young people can discuss challenges and find support.

Its services include counselling for alcohol and drug concerns, gambling harm, domestic violence, anger, trauma, anxiety, mental health, grief, relationship difficulties and everyday life stresses. Additional support includes youth and family programs, group education sessions, outreach programs, sandplay therapy and employee clinical supervision. The centre states that fees are determined according to each person’s circumstances and that no one is turned away because of cost.
