Sangha Activa is a community of Tibetan Buddhism practitioners, following the Sakya lineage, with a main center located in St. Iscle de Vallalta, near Barcelona, Spain. We aim to bring Buddhism and meditation to society as a whole.
Our offerings include a wide range of activities and events tailored to meet individual needs and interests. From meditation workshops, group retreats, to personal development seminars, Sangha Activa provides a diverse selection to choose from. Our four centers, including the retreat center Dones d'aigua in Sant Iscle de Vallalta, as well as centers in Vilassar de Mar, Sabadell, Lima (Peru), and La Paz (Bolivia), regularly host meditation and introspection-related activities.
Additionally, we offer a 10-step GIM meditation method and programs inspired by Buddhist philosophy for personal growth. Experience our four pillars: meditation, Buddhist philosophy, rituals, and karma yoga, encompassing projects of social action and volunteer work. Stay updated with our latest blog posts and join us in our mission to share peace and harmony.
