Sangnok Vocational Adaptation Training Center is a disability employment and rehabilitation organization operated by the Filament Welfare Corporation in Ansan, South Korea. The center provides vocational adaptation training for adults with severe developmental disabilities who have limited work skills. Its program aims to help participants build the abilities needed to move on to supported employment settings, including sheltered workshops, vocational rehabilitation workplaces, and standard workplaces for people with disabilities.

Alongside vocational rehabilitation, the center shares information about 이용 and participation, provides guidance for supporters and volunteers, and posts updates about its activities and services. Its community programs include Sangnoksu Mountaineering School, with activity schedules, participation information, and photo galleries. The center also organizes group outings, environmental cleanups, and social celebrations, offering opportunities for participants to take part in shared experiences beyond the workplace. Through training, community activities, and support for people with disabilities, Sangnok seeks to promote greater vocational participation and inclusion.
