Sangres Best

Sangres Best is a family ranch in Colorado’s Wet Mountain Valley, raising premium grass-finished beef and selling directly to customers. Rancher Elin and her team draw on more than 30 years of experience, managing cattle through daily horseback checks and rotating them across diverse pastures with fresh mountain water and abundant forage. The ranch’s grazing approach emphasizes animal care, pasture health, and regenerative agriculture.

Customers can reserve beef in bulk, with options ranging from a 10-pound box and a 25–30-pound Beginner Box to specialty steak, roast, and ground-beef packages, as well as quarter, half, or whole beef. Buyers may pay in full or place a deposit, then receive their order cut, vacuum-sealed, and packaged for freezer storage. Bones, fat, organs, and specialty cuts must be requested with the spring order. Harvest takes place from July through October; local deliveries begin in August, while shipping starts in October as temperatures cool. Beef buyers also receive ranch updates during the summer.
