About Sanguen Health Centre
Sanguen Outreach is a not-for-profit, community-based health care agency with offices in Waterloo and Guelph, Ontario. Our mission is to meet the needs of individuals in Waterloo Region and Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph who are living with or at risk for Hepatitis C. We do this by providing education, outreach, support, and comprehensive, expert medical care.
Our vision is to be an effective Hepatitis C Service Organization that not only offers expert, compassionate medical care, but also provides innovative programs to address the broader needs of our patients. Through education and outreach, we strive to increase awareness of the importance of Hepatitis C among those at risk, the healthcare community, and the public, while working to minimize its impact in the future. At Sanguen, we specialize in offering a range of services, including mobile community health van services, naloxone training, support services, case management, hepatitis testing and treatment, laboratory services, vaccinations, peer support groups, counseling, and more.
