Sanguine is a survival horror video game from Seeker Studios, credited to Ryan Berg, with Early Access available on Steam. Set in the rural town of Craven Oaks during the 1990s, it follows Kris after a terrifying outbreak leaves the town abandoned and in decay. Players explore deserted streets, deteriorating buildings, eerie landmarks, and hidden rooms while trying to survive, uncover the outbreak’s mystery, recover Kris’s lost identity, and escape.

As Kris ventures farther into Craven Oaks, fragments of her memory reveal troubling details about her past and the secrets behind the town’s collapse. Encounters with other survivors add difficult choices, as each character has personal burdens, secrets, and motives. The central threat is the Bloods, hive-minded parasites that irreversibly transform their hosts into dangerous creatures stripped of individuality and reason. The game presents a classic survival horror experience focused on exploration, suspense, and the cost of survival.
