Sanitätsdienst-Rheinerft

Sanitätsdienst RheinErft provides professional medical coverage for events in the Rhein-Erft district, throughout North Rhine-Westphalia and, by arrangement, in other regions. Based in Elsdorf, the organization supports events ranging from family and club gatherings to company functions, city festivals, concerts, carnival celebrations, sports competitions, festivals and large-scale events.

Its services are tailored to each event’s size, duration, venue and risks. Qualified personnel include emergency medical technicians, paramedics and experienced nursing professionals. Depending on requirements, plans can include multiple response teams, a medical support vehicle, mobile first-aid stations, medical equipment such as AEDs and oxygen, and physician support by arrangement. Sanitätsdienst RheinErft also assists with developing event medical plans and uses SaniPro for digital incident documentation.

The team draws on experience from emergency services, hospitals and event operations, including leadership at major events. It has particular experience with endurance sports, including Backyard Ultra races, as well as club and techno events. Organizers can contact the service to discuss their event and request an individually planned, non-binding proposal.
