St. Pankratius Schützenbruderschaft Ossum-Bösinghoven 1757 e.V. is a community-based shooting fraternity serving Ossum-Bösinghoven. The organization brings together members through its companies, shooting-sport activities, local events, and long-standing traditions. Its website shares news, event dates, information about the companies, shooting sports, and galleries, while also welcoming prospective members.
A central highlight of the fraternity’s calendar is the Schützenfest, a village celebration supported by the Königshaus, the fraternity’s companies, neighbors, friends, and families. Preparations include making thousands of decorative paper roses to adorn the festival grounds, royal residences, and local streets. The fraternity’s 2026 festival is scheduled for September 4–7, with King Tom I, Queen Uli, and their ministerial couples involved in preparations. The organization also publishes updates about its king and court, community gatherings, and festival planning. By combining shooting-sport participation with social activities and shared customs, the fraternity helps sustain local heritage and offers residents an opportunity to take part in community life.
