Through our online educational platform, we provide a space for diverse talent to grow and learn. By joining the Academy, you'll have the opportunity to connect with influential members of the gastronomy community, participate in mentoring programs, and access career opportunities. Our program is open to both Young Chefs and Senior Chefs who have participated in any edition of the S.

Pellegrino Young Chef competition. In addition to the dedicated website, we offer a private Facebook group and public social channels to foster connections and collaboration. By adhering to our behavioral code, which emphasizes ethics, morality, honesty, and transparency, Academy members contribute to a supportive and credible community.
