SANSE | Hanoi is a non-profit, student-led organization founded in 2016 by a group of high school students in Hanoi. Our mission is to promote long-term, sustainable development for the impoverished, ethnic minority community of Bản Liền commune in Lào Cai province. We focus on improving access to education and investing in human capital in order to break the poverty cycle.

Our approach to development is based on long-term partnership with the communities we aid. Currently, our charitable work is centered on Ban Lien commune, a village in Bac Ha District, Lao Cai province. This isolated ethnic Tay village faces challenges due to its geography and isolation from the economic center of Vietnam.

Our vision is to expand our reach to other similar communities and improve the quality of life for underprivileged ethnic minorities across rural Vietnam. Through our core activities, which revolve around education and youth, we aim to build bridges and foster true development while preserving local traditions.
