Santa Hustle

Santa Hustle® is a fun-run event brand that offers franchise opportunities for entrepreneurs interested in organizing seasonal races in their local markets. Since 2008, its professional leadership team has created and operated annual events in Texas, California, Arizona, Illinois, and Tennessee. The brand presents its model as a flexible, turnkey approach to hosting well-organized events, supported by established vendor and staffing resources, sales guidance, and marketing campaigns. Santa Hustle has received media coverage from outlets including Rachael Ray, ESPN, CBS Sports, WGN America, and Travel Channel.

Franchise partners receive an exclusive territory, site-selection guidance, purchasing discounts, and comprehensive initial training, with refresher training available during the agreement. Ongoing assistance covers operations, customer service, product ordering, sales, pricing, and administration. Marketing resources include social media campaigns and customizable promotional materials, while continued research is intended to help improve unit-level profitability. The company also outlines a structured franchise process, from an initial inquiry and meetings through franchise disclosure document review and agreement signing.
