Santa’s Letter Shop, also presented as Official Santa Packages, creates personalized holiday mail and gift packages designed to bring Santa-themed excitement to children. Customers can choose from three package options and customize a child’s letter with details such as their name, hometown, a friend’s or sibling’s name, and Santa’s signature. The letter is presented on North Pole stationery, placed in a personalized envelope, postmarked from the North Pole, and sent directly to the child’s home.

Packages include a personalized letter, a Nice List certificate, a personalized Nice List, and a map showing Santa’s route from the North Pole to the recipient’s home. Depending on the package, additional items may include a Christmas storybook starring the child, a doorknob hanger, North Pole snow, reindeer food, a Santa suit collectible, a window sticker, and a certificate magnet. The company offers free shipping and advertises a money-back guarantee. Its website features customer testimonials and seasonal ordering information, noting that the store closes between holiday seasons.
