Santa Marta Fisio is a physiotherapy and wellbeing practice in Corroios, Portugal, founded in 2018 by two professionals who share a commitment to attentive, high-quality healthcare. The clinic offers a calm, comfortable setting and a dedicated team focused on responding to individual needs. Its services include clinical Pilates, provided individually or in small groups, and Low Pressure Fitness, which combines posture and breathing exercises to support muscle tone and address concerns such as abdominal diastasis, pelvic floor dysfunction and back pain.

Women’s health physiotherapy supports clients during pregnancy, after childbirth and through menopause, and can help with pelvic floor conditions and recovery following breast cancer treatment. Oncology physiotherapy addresses mobility, scars and lymphoedema. The clinic also provides acupuncture as a complement to physiotherapy for pain management, and home visits for people who cannot travel or prefer treatment at home.

Its team includes physiotherapists with experience in oncology, obstetric and gynaecological rehabilitation, manual therapy and Pilates, as well as a nutritionist offering clinical, paediatric, sports and gestational diabetes support
