Santanna Energy Services

Santanna Energy Services is a 100% employee-owned home energy supplier with more than three decades of experience serving residential customers. It provides electricity and natural gas plans in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and Pennsylvania, offering households an alternative supplier in deregulated energy markets. Customers can choose between two main plan types: Unlimited Energy, which features a consistent monthly supply charge, and Fixed-Rate Energy, which locks in a supply rate to help protect against market changes. These options are designed to support predictable costs, easier budgeting, and flexibility for different household needs.

Santanna highlights transparent pricing, customer support, and service rated 4.7 stars across more than 1,500 reviews. Its rewards program lets eligible customers earn points for paying bills on time and participate in giveaways and prize drawings. The company also publishes guidance on energy costs, home efficiency, and electricity and natural gas use. Customers can explore plans online, manage their accounts, or contact support by phone, text, and live chat.
