I am an orchid enthusiast and former judge for the Cymbidium Society of America (CSA) who specializes in growing exhibition and award quality cymbidiums outdoors in southern California. Here the weather is great for growing many different types of orchids and cymbidiums are the perfect choice. I have been collecting these plants over the past 20+ years, and more recently been making my own hybrids trying to create new and exciting varieties that combine high color and form to attract the attention of the discerning hobbyist. With this website I have provided many photos of some of my favorite orchids. I specialize in plants for the show bench as well as pelorics and splash petal/feathered varieties. I often have new plants available for sale, so visit the site for new additions in the Latest News section. Registering to this site will allow notification for special sales or auctions to those that are interested. If you are interested, register today!

About Santy Orchids
Santy Orchids is a Southern California orchid business run by Joe Santy, an enthusiast and former judge for the Cymbidium Society of America. The business focuses on growing and offering exhibition- and award-quality cymbidiums, cultivated outdoors in the region’s favorable climate. Drawing on more than 30 years of collecting, Santy also creates its own hybrids, breeding for flower quality, vivid color, and form.
Its selection includes standard, miniature, novelty, pendulous, and fragrant cymbidiums, as well as peloric and splash-petal or feathered varieties. Customers can find divisions, unbloomed seedlings in different pot sizes, limited-release flasks, and plants from other orchid genera and miscellaneous categories. The website features photographs of Santy’s hybrids and award-winning cymbidiums, along with cultural information and event details.
New plants are offered periodically, and registered customers may receive notifications about restocks, special sales, and auctions. Santy Orchids also provides a wishlist, order tracking, and a contact form for inquiries, helping orchid hobbyists discover distinctive plants for growing or exhibition
