Saône Mont d’Or Nature

Saône Mont d’Or Nature is a sports association dedicated to discovering and sharing trail running in the scenic Monts d’Or region of France. Based at the foot of the hills, the club brings together runners with varied abilities, interests, and ambitions. Its members can find groups suited to their goals, whether they are preparing for a 10-kilometre run or an ultra-trail event. The surrounding area offers an extensive natural setting, with 150 kilometres of trails across seven hills and elevations reaching 629 metres.

Beyond training, Saône Mont d’Or Nature encourages friendship and community through social gatherings and club activities. Its programme includes club weekends, Thursday meet-ups, disco evenings, and events such as the Nuit des Cabornes, the Montée du Mont Thou, and the SMON International Triathlon.
