札幌スポーツクリニック is a specialized hospital that focuses on sports trauma and disabilities. Originally centered around orthopedic surgery, it has expanded to include departments for collagen diseases (immune, allergy) internal medicine, gastroenterology, and psychosomatic medicine. Additionally, it has established the Golden Gate Clinic for treatment from a molecular cell biology perspective.

The orthopedic field is led by Vice Director Hidenori Otsubo, who collaborates with the Sapporo Medical University Anatomy Department to conduct research on frequent joint ligament injuries in sports activities. They perform precise ligament reconstruction based on biomechanics theory. Vice Director Sato has researched Around Knee Osteotomy, a surgery that aims to eliminate foreign substances that can negatively impact the body and is instructed by Dr.

Saito from Akita University, who studied at Sports Clinic Germany. The psychosomatic medicine department is headed by Dr. Masahiro Ide, an alumnus of Sapporo Medical University and graduate of Tokyo University's psychosomatic medicine program.

The Golden Gate Clinic, managed by Dr. Miyuki Yamamura, employs advanced technology incorporating a new perspective on nutrient supplementation, removal of substances that hinder the autonomic nervous system's normal functioning, and genetic testing. The anesthesiology department, led by Dr.

Nobuhiko Kubota and Dr. Masahiro Kanoh, focuses on comprehensive care for patients with complications and pain relief after surgery. The medical corporation Isshizan-kai is named after a combination of my own name and that of my mentor, Professor Seiichi Ishii, an honorary professor at Sapporo Medical University, and Director Shigenobu Furunobe, who excels in ligament reconstruction and is now a world-renowned authority.

Our clinic's unique aspect is the activity of specialized staff. Our six radiological technologists, along with two assistants, provide accurate and precise imaging using X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasound echo based on their own diagnostic methods. They also contribute to the improvement of diagnostic techniques by researching and developing new imaging methods.

Our team of 30 physical therapists, all passionate about and experienced in sports, provide effective exercise therapy and pain relief treatments, as well as actively implement new theories.
