About Sapps Pharmaceuticals
Sapps Pharmaceuticals is a GMP-certified manufacturer based in Harare, Zimbabwe, licensed by the Medicines Authority since November 2021. Commencing operations in 2022, Sapps has quickly established itself as the sole producer of suppositories in the country and the third in Africa. The company specializes in the manufacture of pessaries and suppositories, aimed at transforming the local market by providing much-needed import substitutes. Currently, Sapps offers five unique product lines that had no locally manufactured alternatives in Zimbabwe, with additional products expected to launch following approval from the Medicines Control Authority.
