SARAC Burton

SARAC Burton, also known as the Sexual Abuse Rape Advice Centre, is dedicated to providing confidential support and assistance to individuals in the Burton, Lichfield, Tamworth, Uttoxeter, Swadlincote, and South Derbyshire areas who have experienced or are at risk of sexual violence or rape. Our range of specialized services is available to anyone over the age of 11, and our team consists of experienced and qualified professionals who are trained in supporting survivors of sexual violence. At SARAC Burton, we offer a variety of services to meet the diverse needs of our community.

Our support includes counseling for both young persons and adults who have been affected by sexual abuse or violence. We also have specialized support available for males who have experienced trauma. Additionally, we rely on the dedication of our volunteers to provide a consistent service to survivors.

Furthermore, we actively engage with our local community to raise awareness and educate people about sexual violence. Our vision is a world free from sexual abuse, and our mission is to provide trauma-informed support and education to all individuals affected by sexual violence in the Burton and District area.
