About Sarahby
Its work spans intimate gatherings, seated dinners, brand events, press days, openings and larger occasions in Paris and beyond. Each experience is shaped around the client’s brief, with a distinct culinary point of view carried through the menu, presentation and atmosphere.
Services include composed, full-service dinners; flying bites and amuse-bouches served to guests or from food installations; visual, editorial food concepts designed for a space; and culinary direction and catering for events of up to 100 or more guests. Sarah manages the process from concept and planning to menu, service and execution, with attention to the identity and aesthetic of each occasion.
Sarah’s culinary approach draws on her early experience in Hamburg and Parisian food culture. Her cookbook, Head Full of Herbs, received first place and Gold at the German Cookbook Award.
