Sara Jurado

Sara Jurado is a life and career coaching practice based in Barcelona and available to clients worldwide, both in person and online. Drawing on training in somatic psychology, brief strategic therapy, trauma, hypnosis and bodywork, Sara offers personalised support to help people strengthen their abilities, address limiting patterns and move towards their goals. Work begins with a session to clarify what the client wants to focus on, followed by an approach tailored to their circumstances and readiness.

Services include neurohacking and hypnosis for personal development and processes involving blocks or trauma; coaching in the area of life the client chooses; and guidance through challenging situations such as grief, toxic workplaces, difficult family relationships and personal or professional reinvention. Clients can choose a five-hour plan divided across three or five sessions, with options for in-person or virtual meetings and a suitable location. Sara describes most processes as brief, often requiring no more than five interventions, and aims to provide professional accompaniment in emotional recovery, personal change and future planning
