Sara Mertz

Sara Mertz provides physiotherapy, craniosacral therapy and manual therapy for people and horses in Trebur, Germany. With more than 20 years of experience in physiotherapy and craniosacral therapy, she takes a holistic, individual approach to supporting movement, comfort and overall wellbeing. Her practice combines hands-on treatment with guidance and exercises tailored to each client.

Services for people include manual therapy to ease pain and improve mobility, physiotherapy focused on posture, body awareness and movement, and lymphatic drainage for swelling and fluid retention. Craniosacral therapy offers a gentle approach intended to encourage relaxation and support the body’s self-healing processes. Treatment may also include exercises to help stabilise joints and support independence in everyday life.

Sara also offers physiotherapy and manual therapy for horses through her Hands on horses service. The practice is located in Astheim, Trebur, and welcomes private-pay clients. Please note that Sara can accept private prescriptions only; patients paying for treatment themselves are also welcome. Her approach gives clients time and individual attention throughout their care.
