About SL Winter Carnival
SL Winter Carnival is a thrilling and vibrant brand that brings the magic of winter to life. Co-sponsored by Casella Waste Systems and North Country Community College, this parade is a must-see spectacle. For the little ones, the Kiddie Parade is a delightful experience. Starting at the Saranac Lake Free Library and ending at Harrietstown Town Hall, this parade promises fun and excitement for children of all ages.
