Sartory-Billard is an independent watchmaking brand founded in 2015 by French designer Armand Billard. Based in Moselle, France, it creates handcrafted mechanical watches through a design-led approach that puts dialogue and personal intent at the heart of the process. Clients collaborate with Billard to shape bespoke timepieces, tailoring elements such as the case, dial, colors, materials, and engravings. The brand also offers limited-edition collections, including the SB04-E and SB10, which express its creative philosophy within a more defined design framework.

Production combines work in France and Switzerland: Billard crafts dials and assembles watches in his Moselle workshop, while a small facility in Sainte-Croix produces selected components. Specialist artisans contribute skills such as guilloché engraving, precious-metal finishing, and movement production. Sartory-Billard makes only a few hundred watches annually, allowing for close, personal guidance throughout the creative process.
