Sasha Melina

Sasha Melina is a certified doula and women’s support practitioner based in Vevey, in Switzerland’s canton of Vaud, offering in-person and online services. Her approach is tailored, non-judgmental and respectful of each person’s pace, needs and circumstances. Families can choose individual services or combine support according to their priorities and finances.

The services cover preconception and conscious conception, pregnancy and birth, and postpartum care for mothers and families. Sasha also provides a supportive space for people navigating loss and grief, alongside rituals connected with pregnancy, the postpartum period and the placenta. Her work extends to significant life moments beyond the perinatal period.

The website features appointments, training, events and a boutique, as well as information about the role of a doula. Sasha reports having supported more than 120 families and trained over 300 people.
