A Saudigitus adere à filosofia e abordagem de pesquisas de acção participativa geral do HISP, trabalhando em estreita colaboração com os oficiais de sistemas de informação para introduzir mudanças e apoiar a reestruturação e inovação dos Sistemas de Informação e garantir a sustentabilidade local através da capacitação e formação. A Saudigitus também oferece treinamentos para profissionais de saúde (gestores de dados) e usuários de DHIS2. Em colaboração activa com a Universidade de Oslo, acolhe uma série de academias de formação dedicadas aos Países de Lingua Oficial Portuguesa (PALOPs).
