SauNarnia specializes in renting mobile, wood-fired barrel saunas delivered on trailers, bringing a relaxing sauna experience to gardens, holiday cottages, campsites, and events across the Kashubia and Pomeranian region. Its saunas can be booked for private gatherings, birthdays, hen and bachelor parties, company events, festivals, winter swimming, romantic getaways, and outdoor trips. Each unit accommodates up to eight people and is supplied ready to use, with firewood included for approximately three hours of sauna use.

Customers can arrange transport themselves with a category B driving licence or request delivery for a per-kilometre fee. The company also offers additional firewood and optional extras such as essential oils, sauna hats, towels, and sauna-event organization, with prices set individually. The barrel saunas are heated by wood-burning stoves and feature lighting powered by an onboard battery, allowing use away from mains electricity.

SauNarnia states that it inspects and cleans its equipment between rentals and provides operating instructions upon delivery. Daily rental rates are listed for weekdays and weekends, while longer bookings are arranged individually
