Save Danes Moss is a passionate initiative led by the Danes Moss Trust, dedicated to preserving the unique Lowland Raised Peat Bog located near Macclesfield, England. With a strong commitment to biodiversity, the campaign aims to protect the remaining 500 acres of this historic peatland, which has suffered from centuries of ecological degradation and is now threatened by proposed urban developments. The Trust has already raised over £35,000 to support their mission, which includes restoration, management, and conservation efforts for the area’s diverse wildlife, such as butterflies, birds, and dragonflies.

In addition to raising awareness, the campaign offers a range of online merchandise, including organic cotton clothing and eco-friendly products, with all proceeds directly supporting their legal and ecological initiatives. The vision for Danes Moss involves transforming it into a vital community asset that promotes environmental education and well-being, showcasing its intrinsic value as both a natural habitat and a serene space for the community. Join the movement to help ensure Danes Moss flourishes for generations to come!.
