Saxzi is a Mediterranean dry gin, distilled in Athens. It is built on Mediterranean botanicals: a juniper backbone, hints of Aegean sea salt, bright citrus and a whisper of spice. It is made as a London Dry, which means nothing joins the spirit after distillation but water.

No sugar, no flavourings, no shortcuts. There are two expressions. Saxzi One is the signature, smooth and balanced, equally at home in a gin and tonic or a Martini.
