Sazonal Chef is a recipe and meal-planning app designed to help people follow the diet provided by their nutritionist with more variety and less guesswork. Users upload a photo or PDF of their plan; the app reads the meals for review and suggests recipes using only the foods and quantities permitted for each meal. It does not substitute ingredients, recommend foods outside the plan, or change serving amounts.

The app can turn a diet into a weekly menu and an organized shopping list, helping users plan meals and shop for what they need. Its collection includes more than 800 recipes across traditional, vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, lactose-free, low-carb, and high-protein styles, with preparation times, difficulty levels, and calories calculated ingredient by ingredient using the TACO table. Users can save favorites and access the service on a phone, tablet, or computer without downloading an app.

Sazonal Chef says it was created by Aron Girardelli, associated with Nutrition at USP-SP, and that recipes are individually reviewed
